What began on a small island of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada, is now in full operation outside a dusty ole cowboy town in NW Nebraska, just an hour below the Black Hills, SD. Together John and I have three adult children and one old dog, Annie Brown, our dear Canadian mutt friend, that ‘found us,’ one dark and stormy night almost ten years ago.
